How the Womb Web Ceremony Works

Please note: Children are warmly welcomed and cared for as part of the ceremonial roles
— we hold space for both mothers and children to participate fully.

Flow of The Day

9:00 AM — Arrival
Arrival and orientation. You’ll be welcomed into the space, set up your camp if you're staying overnight, and find your place in the wider ceremonial web.

Creating the Web: Each woman is invited to bring a blanket and any offerings — wisdom, tools, medicines, or practices — to share in our central marketplace of wisdom. These offerings are displayed in a large circle around the sacred fire, becoming a living altar of our collective gifts. Through organic sharing throughout the day, we honour one another as sacred portals of knowing and remembrance.

10:00 AM — Opening Ceremony
We gather around the fire to open the space with song, flame, and smoke. A smoking ceremony marks our entrance into sacred time, aligning us in intention and collective resonance.

11:00 AM–1:00 PM — First Round of Yarning Circles
We open two Yarning Circles — collaborative, non-hierarchical spaces for shared wisdom and community weaving:

Birthing Talking Circle: Honouring the portal between worlds,
and the stories of birth and rebirth.

Cycling Talking Circle: Tending our inner rhythms,
menstruation, hormones, life, death, and renewal.

1:00 PM–3:00 PM — Shared Meal and Interconnection
We share a lovingly prepared communal meal. This is time to rest, nourish, and deepen connections — to speak, listen, and explore one another’s offerings and presence.

3:00 PM–5:00 PM — Second Round of Yarning Circles

Rituals, Ceremonies & Women’s Medicines:
Reclaiming sacred feminine arts, practices, and tools.

Honouring the Masculine:
Restoring Harmony Between the Feminine & Masculine

5:00 PM–6:00 PM — Integration and Interconnection
A gentle space to integrate the day, share reflections, and begin weaving the threads of the ceremony into your being.

7:00 PM — Closing Ceremony
We close the day around the fire with a Song Circle and prayers. All are invited to share voice, tone, and harmony. Together we lift the frequency of all that has been woven, sending it out into the world as a seed for the collective awakening of women everywhere.

Overnight Camping (Optional)
For those who wish to stay, we invite you to ground into the Earth and continue the weaving in an extended field of rest, sharing, and gentle integration.

Join the Ceremony

This is a co-created gathering—and registering is how you claim your place in the circle. Whether you're coming to participate, contribute, or both, this is the first step in weaving yourself into the prayer. Share your intentions, explore how you might offer your gifts, and help bring this magical day to life. We can’t do it without you.

Participation & Contribution

This ceremony is co-created — each woman supports the space through a chosen role or financial contribution. You may tend the fire, prepare food, take care of children, share songs, be on the welcome team, document the day, or simply bring your full presence.

Every offering is a thread in the web, and every role — seen or unseen — helps hold the ceremony’s container.

Roles require 2 hours of responsibility

Have Questions or Ideas?

This ceremony is a living prayer, shaped by the hearts and hands of all who feel called to it. If you have questions, visions, or ideas you’d love to share, we’d be honored to hear from you. Reach out—your voice matters in the weaving.
